Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Zagreb, Croatia. The role involves overseeing office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities. Responsibilities include schedule coordination, managing office supplies and equipment, interacting with clients, and fostering efficient communication within the office. The role also requires collaboration with external vendors and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing interactions with team members and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in administrative support and office administration processes.
Experience in managing office equipment and inventory/stock control.
Excellent customer service skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in office software tools (MS Office suite, etc.).
Relevant educational background (minimum high school diploma) with equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency in the English language.
Category B driver’s license.

Conducting audits and reviews of financial statements for clients across various industries in accordance with HSFI and IFRS
Working in audit teams and participating in the coordination of work tasks within the team
Active communication with clients to understand business operations and identify key risks
Willingness for occasional field work and travel within Croatia
Requirements:
Master’s degree – Faculty of Economics, majoring in accounting, auditing, and finance
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in auditing
Knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
Strong communication and organizational skills
Systematic approach, analytical thinking, and efficiency in work
Independence in work and a high level of responsibility
Excellent proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge and use of audit tools
Active use of the English language in speaking and writing
