Moore Audit Croatia d.o.o. is currently looking for a new team member to join us as an Audit Manager (m/f).
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Conducting audits and reviews of financial statements for clients across various industries in accordance with HSFI and IFRS
Leading audit teams and coordinating team members and work tasks within the team
Active communication with clients to understand business operations and identify key risks
Participating in the mentoring and development of junior auditors/assistants
Participating in the further development of the company’s Audit Department
Willingness for occasional field work and travel within Croatia
Requirements:
4 years of professional experience in auditing
Master’s degree – Faculty of Economics, majoring in accounting, auditing, and finance
Knowledge of accounting and auditing standards
Strong communication and organizational skills
Systematic approach, analytical thinking, and efficiency in work
Independence in work and a high level of responsibility
Excellent proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge and use of audit tools
Active use of the English language in speaking and writing
Category B driver’s license
